Least Endangered Species
Sarah and I went to the St. Louis Zoo today. The weather was perfect and the park and zoo were packed. As we walked the paths and watched the animals, I couldn’t help but notice the most prolific of all animals at the zoo: The North American Blob.
I am not exaggerating when I say that 85% of adults at the zoo today were obese. The species is expanding as rapidly as the elastic waist band on the sweatpants of fat children.
